Description: PROJECT SUMMARY: The National Park Service is seeking offers for a firm, fixed -price contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to provide a 2 inch thick, Class B, asphalt concrete pavement overlay (32,040 square yards) on existing paved and unpaved roadways. LOCATION: Work will be performed in Lake Roosevelt NRA at Hunters Campground 1 mile West of Hunters, WA in Stevens County. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for certified HUBZone concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. Contract duration is 30 days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed with a target completion date of May or September, 2006 because of busy tourist season. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000.
