- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to Gulf Breeze Software Partners of Raleigh NC for engineering and technical services to Provide technical network support services to meet ONENET business objectives, requirements, and technical constraints at the Theater Network Operations Security Center (TNOSC) Naples Italy, Yokosuka Japan, and Manama Bahrain sites. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A sole source solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be transmitted to the sole source contractor by means other than posting to the SPAWAR E-CC Business Opportunities web site. Note 22 applies, and is modified to read "???all proposals received within 15 days???" (vice 45 days).
