- This notice is to correct the address to request the solicitation package and for the pre-bid conference for Solicitation number: VA-786A-06-RP-0001. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIAL: Electronic solicitations are not available. Requests for hard copy drawings and specifications shall be in writing to: Miller Legg, Attn: Sandra Smith, 2005 Vista Parkway, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 561-689-1138. Bidders will be charged a $100.00 non-refundable fee for each set of drawings and specs. Fee must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable Miller Legg. All requests shall be on company letterhead to include point of contact, physical mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid conference will be held on February 28, 2006 at 10:00am Eastern time at the office of Miller Legg, Attn: Sandra Smith, 2005 Vista Parkway, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 561-689-1138. The due date for this solicitation remains March 8, 2006, by 2:00pm Eastern time. The only change to the original pre-solicitation notice is the address for Miller Legg.
