Description

SUBJECT: Transverse System, For Phased Doppler Instrument System REF Request For Quote: FA9300-06-M-5008 DUE: January 16, 2006 POC: Rodger Owen Young, 661-277-9569 (voice) EMAIL rodger.young@edwards.af.mil COMBINED SYNOPOSIS AND SOLICATION DESC: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to award a, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition. The award is 100?Percent set-aside for a small business. But reserves the right to make competitive if no small business concern are found. The NAICS code is 334513. The items are currently available from TSI Alnor a sub of TSI Incorporated, of 500 cardigan Rd, Shoreview MN 55126, Phone 651-490-2881. And only Sole-Sourced to that company. No other offers will be considered, unless there manufacture by TSI Alnor or TSI Incorporated. No other substitutes considered. The following item will be procured: 3-Axis heavy Duty Transverse system, 600X600X600mm, 115 Vac, includes mounting base, 3-axis controller, and hand control unit. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334513. The size standard is 500 People. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete proposal that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals (if Available). The Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
