Description

This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is for 5 each Digital Stationary Armor Targets. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. Deliveries are F.O.B Destination. Deliveries are within 120 days after receipt of award. CLIN 0001AA is for a quantity of 5. The Stationary Armor Targets are for use with the installed digital range located at Jack Mountain, Ft. Hood, TX. Th is solicitation is restricted to Meggitt Defense Systems, Caswell, 2540 Second Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418-3412, offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
