Description: The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the furnishing of ambulance services for the VA Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. Contractor shall provide ALS and BLS ground ambulance services for veteran beneficiaries 365 days/year, 24 hours/day. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective May 1, 2006 with option to renew 1 additional one-year period. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on the technical evaluation factors contained within the solicitation. Request for Proposals will be available on or about February 8, 2006. Due date for receipt of offers is March 8, 2006, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is April 11, 2006.
