Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for aggregate surfacing of the roadway located at 18 Road Recreation Site in Mesa County, Colorado. The project includes traffic regulation, grading and shaping existing aggregate surfacing, parking areas, access roads and turnouts, and will require an estimated 1220 tons of crushed aggregate. The project was originally announced 1-25-06 and will be advertised from February 8 to March 10, 2006. CHANGE: A PREBID SITE TOUR IS OFFERED MARCH 3, 2006. Interested parties will meet at the north end of 18 Road as shown on the Title Sheet included in the solicitation, at 10:00 am MARCH 3, 2006. The project is estimated between $25000.00 and $100000.00. Offers will be accepted at USDI BLM, EFO, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506 or via fax at (970)244-3130. CHANGE: Offers must be received via fax or US Mail no later than 4:30 PM March 10, 2006, and electronic offers are due no later than 11:59 pm on March 10, 2006. Local contact is Michele Derfler, Contracting Officer at (970)244-3175. The successful offeror will be required to provide a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract price. This is a total small business set aside.
