Unrestricted. Temporary Structures, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Solicitation Number N7170060004. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed price contract for rental of five (5) temporary structures, 24' x 60' each. The structures will be used as space for offices, ticket sales, book sales, gift shop, food handling and a visitor waiting area, located in Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico. The structures are required to be on site for a twelve (12) to fourteen (14) month time frame, beginning in August, 2006 through November, 2007. The time frame is approximate due to construction on the existing Visitor Center located at the Park. The NAICS code for this project is 531120. The price range for this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. Solicitation will be available February 24, 2006. Responses will be due by March 27, 2006, 4:30 PM (MST).
