- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake CA intends to procure as a competitive 8(a) set-aside services for Environmental surveys, analysis and studies. The resulting 8(a) contact will be on a cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis for a base year and four one-year options. The Government reserves the right to award more then one contract for these services. The majority of the work will be performed at Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake, CA., however the work may be performed at any DoD installation. The contractor must have professional experience in managing and conducting natural, cultural and geophysical resource-specific surveys, studies, analysis and environmental documentation in the Western Mojave/Great Basin desert region, the Southern California and Channel Island coastal areas. Services may include, but are not limited to conducting studies, analysis and surveys of vegetation and Habitats, wildlife, ! historic and archeological resource, geohydrology, and land management. The RFP and Statement of Work will be available through the Federal Business Opportunity website @ http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 Nov 05 and will close 4 Jan 06.
