Description

Request for Proposal Number: DOL059RP20072, Amendment Number 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to the above RFP number questions as follows: 1. Is this a re-compete or new solicitation? RESPONSE: No. The previous contracts was a Set-Aside under the SBA 8 (a) program. 2. If a re-compete who is the incumbent? RESPONSE: No response. 3. Can we get access to the current contracts? RESPONSE: Yes. Request may be submitted in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). 4. We are formally requesting a 2 week extension to complete a competitive and responsive bid proposal? RESPONSE: No further extensions are anticipated. . 17. Section M in this RFP is amended and change as follows: FROM: M.1. TECHNICAL EVALUATION FACTORS AND POINTS. TO READ: M.1. TECHNICAL EVALUATION FACTORS. END.
