- The US Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDEC) is re-issuing the requirement for commercial security guard support to prevent unauthorized persons access to a Government Test Facility located at Brandywine Air Force Facility, I Air F orce Rd, Brandywine Maryland, 20613. (The former solicitation, cancelled 1/25/06, was RFQ W31P4Q-06-Q-0004). Contractor employees shall have current and valid professional certification before starting work under an awarded contract. See RFQ section M for specific requirements. Only US citizens with secret security clearances, valid background checks and in compliance with RFQ sections L&M will be considered offer appropriate labor force members ; however, the use of entry level personnel is encouraged.
