Description

SIC 3452 500 EMPLOYEESThe Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for Plug Washers, and Core Pins in accordance with Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Drawings 7348602 as provided in the solicitation. The procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiating will be utilized under Full & Open competition. Solicitation available approximately 24 Feb 20065 and closing approximately 27 Mar 2006. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Bremerton, WA 98314. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
