Description

The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,098 usable square feet of contiguous office space no more than twice as long as it is wide. This space requires adequate parking for the public and must be proximate to public transportation. The lease term requirement is for five(5) years. The space must be available for occupancy by December 13, 2006. The delineated are is West: Connecticut Avenue (Route 185, merges with Georgia Ave (Route 97) at Aspen Hill; North: Norbeck Road (Route 28) and its extension Ednor Road;East: New Hampshire Avenue (within Montgomery County); South: Route 410 (East West Highway). Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 p.m. on March 3, 2006 and must include the following information: Building name and address. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. List of building services provided.
