Description
THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR SPRING AND FALL SATELLITE SERIES EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers to the solicitation as follows with regard to the solicitation: QUESTION 1: The RFQ lists 2/28/06 as the required delivery date. Can you clarify what items are to be delivered by this date? ANSWER: The first of 8 broadcast dealing with leadership development. QUESTION 2: Have the dates for the (minimum) 8 broadcasts been determined or will they be specified at a later time? ANSWER: The 8 broadcasts are to be deleivered in 2006. The perfiered schedule is no more than one per month. QUESTION 3: Should applicants include the cost of studios, satellite usage, etc. in the quote or will these services be provided by NASA? ANSWER: We are not requesting a customized program but looking to select a commercial off the shelf program that meets the areas of interest/need in leadership development. QUESTION 4: Will the contractor be responsible for providing facilitators for each broadcast at each site? If so, how many sites and facilitators should applicants plan for in developing their quote? ANSWER: Centers will provide facilitators at the receive sites and the vendor will have a facilitator at the broadcast site. QUESTION 5: What is the maximum number of NASA employees that could have access to the broadcast and print/web-based educational information? ANSWER: This is to be available to all NASA employees (Agency-wide) approximately 18,000. THERE IS NO CHANGE IN THE FEBRUARY 17, 2006 DUE DATE.
