Description

AWARD:The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has completed the competitive sourcing review of Real Property Management Services in accordance with OBM Circular A-76 (Rev. 6/99). The Government?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO) was compared against an offer from the private sector. The cost comparison resulted in selection of the Government?s MEO. The MEO will be implemented and the RFP will be cancelled. The public review/appeal period of the government?s documentation is from February 10, 2006 to March 2, 2006. Appeals must be received in writing by 4:00 P.M. local time on March 2, 2006 at: (If mailing through the U.S. Postal Service use the following address) - National Institutes of Health, Office of Acquisitions - Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations, 6011 Executive Blvd., Room 529-Q, Attention - Sheri Custer, Contracting Officer, Bethesda, Md 20892-7663. (If hand delivering or using a courier service such as Federal Express, etc use the following City, State and Zip Code) - Rockville, MD 20852. The Government?s documentation will consist of the in-house cost estimate, the completed cost comparison form and the management plan.
