Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under RFP VA-786-06-RP-0034. Contractor shall provide and install one complete, weather-tight, fully accessible temporary modular office building (modular building) for lease at Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO. The work consists of supply, delivery and setup of a modular building on a site provided by the Government. The size of the modular building shall be approximately 42' X 70', as measured from the outside of the exterior walls. The Contractor shall be responsible for connecting the water, sewer and electrical utilities, and providing air conditioning, heating systems, and backup generator connected through an automatic transfer switch to the modular building. The work also includes removal of the modular building at the end of the contract time. The Government desires a complete turnkey project by the contractor full set-up and connection, lease, and de-installation of the modular office building. F.O.B. destination. The contract will be for one base year and four option year if exercised. The work must be completed within 45 days after date of award. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 531120 and a size standard of $6.5 million is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal. Solicitations will be issued via FedBizOpps on or about February 21, 2006. Amendments to the solicitation will also be available at FedBizOpps. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
