Description

RFQ 548-06-436 is advertised with NAICS code 235412 and a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with and under the authority of FAR Part 12 and Part 13. VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 has a requirement to establish a contract for the acquisition and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals for the period April 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006, with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation. Contractor shall deliver to VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. The solicitation will issue on or about February 21, 2006. The due date for submission of quotes shall be March 14, 2006 at 2:00PM local time. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to 561-422-6507 not later than ten (10) calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
