Description: The U.S. Army???s Program Manager for Close Combat Systems, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806 is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to test, and deliver M81 Igniters, Time Blasting Fuse with shock tube capability.. Due to the continuing war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the U.S. Marine Corps has a need for increased quantities of the M81 Igniter due to elevated usage.
