Description
Amendment issued to add Notice to Bidders Instructions to Section L and Technical Evaluation Factors in Section M inadvertently omitted. SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE SUMMARY OF CHANGES SECTION L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS The following have been added by full text: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Each offeror shall include in their Technical Proposal, the following information to be used in the selection process. Failure to provide complete information may be cause to determine the offer to be non-responsive and not considered for award. 1. The offeror shall submit with their proposals the ability to meet or exceed the response times indicated in the Statement of Work including, but not limited to emergency service calls and repair/replacement of equipment including on-site communications equipment due to unforeseen failures. 2. The offeror shall specify in their proposals how they intend to comply with all of the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work including details on the proposed Integrated Computer System to centralize all paging throughout the facility originating from the Government?s Communications Center. SECTION M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD The following have been added by reference: 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items JAN 1999 The following have been added by full text: TECHNICAL EVALUATION FACTORS The Contracting Officer has broad discretion in determining which offeror receives contract award. Award will be made on a best value basis and may be based on criteria other than the lowest priced. Award will be based on the factors listed below, in the order of importance to the Government: 1. Technical ? The highest consideration shall be to that offeror that proposes the most efficient and effective Integrated Computer System to ensure uninterrupted paging throughout the Facility and that offeror with the most favorable response time to emergency service calls and the prompt repair/replacement of all equipment including on-site communications equipment due to unforeseen failures. 2. Price - The proposed price that is most advantageous to the Government.
