Description

General Services Administration, the Northern Service Center Office located in Anchorage, AK has a requirement for an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) Contract for general construction for the Anchorage Federal Building and the Anchorage Historic Federal Building. The purpose of this IDIQ contract is to establish terms upon which the contractor will affect repairs and alterations to Gov't owned and/or leased space in various bldgs within the geographic boundaries of the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska. The Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Authorized Ordering Official (s) shall issue delivery orders limited to the current year RS Means Guide. The terms of this IDIQ shall be one base year plus 2 one year options. The estimated amount of delivery orders per year is estimated at between $100,000 and $500,000. The minimum order amount per year shall be $25,000.00. Interested contractors must submit a request for solicitation documents by fax (907) 271-1941 or e-mail to the Contracting Officer, christine.scott@gsa.gov. Your request must include the following information: Business Name, Point of Contact, Company Address and phone number and the Solicitation number (GS-10P-06-XJ-D-3018). Please submit requests NLT March 6, 2006 by 4:00 pm Alaska Time. Any changes to this pre-solicitation will be done by amendment.
