THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION HAS BEEN AMENDED FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED SOLICITATION Firms interested in receiving copies of the RFP should contact Susan Smith at East Bay Blue Print and Supply Company 1745 Fourteenth Avenue Oakland, Ca 94606 at (510) 261-2990. Interested firms will receive the Request for Proposal, including the technical factors as well as the plans on CD and specifications. Closing date and time for receipt of proposals (Technical & Price) are due April 11, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. A Pre-RFP Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2006 at the Hilo Federal Building and Post Office, 154 Waianuenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Questions shall be received until March 17, 2006.
