- Quantity: 4 each Wave Off Cut System , Part Number 619338-2 and 2 each Remote Panel Assembly, Part Number 517482-1. Certification Test Procedures in accordance with Report NAEC-91-7951. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-05-17031. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52.246-11, Higher Level Quality Program, refer to specifications / drawings and drawing notes. Item is flight critical and requires precision machining and manufacturing processes, refer to specifications / drawings and drawing notes. Stringent, non-destructive testing and inspection required, refer to specifications / drawings and drawing notes. First Article Test Unit is due 120 days after receipt of order. Production Units are due 60 days after acceptance of First Article Test. Inspection and Acceptance at source (origin) in accordance with REI-05-17031. Anticipate Pre-Award Survey and Post Award Conference. Export Controlled Data is included, FAX certified DD 2345 with Request For Quote (RFQ) Package. Request RFQ Package in writing (FAX) by 14 December 2005 to POC listed. All quotes are due (FAX) by COB 29 December 2005. See Government Numbered Notes 1 and 8. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
