- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F73ARB60312000. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 721110, Hotels (Except Casino Hotels) and Motels. DESCRIPTION: U.S. Army Tampa Annual Training Conference REQUIREMENTS: Conference dates are 17 ? 19 March 2006 (set dates, can not be changed). Six Conference Rooms are required each day all setup with AV equipment to include: a PA System, Mixer, and Screen. All conference rooms each day require a minimum capacity of 300 people. The Contractor will furnish coffee, danish, etc. for one break period each day. Conference rooms must be located within the hotel and the hotel must be within 2 miles of Sea World. Contractor will provide transportation for family members to Sea World throughout the day. A restaurant must be located within the Hotel. The Contractor will provide a sit down dinner the night of the 18th for 300 people. The main course should consist of either beef or chicken and prices should range from $30 ? $40 per meal. In addition, 177 Double Occupancy Guest Rooms must be available from 16 ? 18 March 2006. The room cost is not to be included in the offer but quoted separately. The occupants will pay all charges for the guest rooms. Offers are to include a breakout of all costs. Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN.
