Description

OCONUS, On-site, full-time, maintenance, routine maintenance, repair, trouble-shooting, technical support of all types of metal-working, CNC, heat-treating, plating, and HVAC machines and systems. The location is Manufacturing Facility 100, Cairo, E gypt. This will be one-year contract with no options. This is planned to be a lowest-price technically acceptable solicitation. A Statement of Work and a listing of machines is available upon request to the POC below. The successful quoter will be requ ired to document experience and knowledge of areas described above and provide references. Estimated issue date is 13 March 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be pr ovided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. Bec ause of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments. Failu re to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside.
