BPA Synopsis Army Approved Information Assurance Products This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support Communication Security (COMSEC) requirements on behalf of Command Security Logistics Activity (CSLA). The U.S. Army C-E LCMC Acquisition Center Southwest Operations office anticipates awarding a BPA to multiple vendors for recurring purchases of COMSEC equipment. Contractors must provide written evidence of being an Authorized Reseller to the Federal Government, to include the length of agreement with the Manufacturer(s) (this BPA will be governed by the U.S. Army C-E LCMC terms and conditions). Terms and conditions of BPA holders will be indicated in the solicitation. It is expected that BPA prices will be proposed at the best price vendor gives to their best customer. Vendors are not required to have a GSA Schedule and GSA pricing will not be accepted for this BPA. The BPA will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code is 423430. Product s ordered under this BPA pertain to products on the Armys Information Assurance Approved Products list. The BPAs will include products from the following product lines: Unity One Product Line; AirDefense Guard Product Line; AirMagnet Enterprise Product L ine; Wireless Intrusion Protect Product Line; PointSec for PC Data Product Line; Credant Mobile Guardian Product Line; AirFortress Security Gateway AF2100 and AF7500-Product Line- Layer 2 Manufacture Fortress Technology; Wireless Wall Product Line; End P oint Security Suite Product Line; Proventia A Product Line; Proventia G Product Line; 3eTI Access Points (3e-525A and 3e525V), Wireless Network Interface Card (NIC) 3e-110, and Crypto Client (3e-010F and 3e-010-C), Wirless Security Server (3e-030); Aruba 5 000 Mobility Controller (500) w/Funk Odyssey Client; and NitroSecurity. Vendors submit the following information: Identify which products from the aforementioned will be supplied. Provide written evidence of being an Authorized Reseller to the Federal Government. State Business size (large or small). Solicitation W9128Z-06-R-0008 will be posted on or about 9 Marc h 2006.
