Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs is actively seeking a Native American-owned firm to provide consultant services in the performance of streamlined and standard competitions under the provisions of OMB Circular A-76. The prospective Native American owned-firm would have a proven track record of performing both streamlined and standard competitions, and have consultants who possess considerable experience helping agencies plan and execute successful competitive sourcing plans. The prospective firm would have experience performing several successful competitions, with intrinsic application of the development of the performance work statement (PWS), development of the most-efficient organization (MEO), and analysis of both utilizing the COMPARE software. All interested firms may submit letters of interest on company letterhead to the attention of the Contracting Officer listed below. Submissions may be hand-delivered, sent via courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) or faxed to the attention of the Contracting Officer by 12 Noon EST, Friday, March 10, 2006.
