Description: This is a notice to procure the above services as a sole source, firm fixed price acquisition for the renewal of annually license on-line clinical courses. This acquisition will solicit courseware contents of (24 subject areas and 175 titles) for twenty-nine (29) BUMED Facilities. The procurement will solicit courseware that will be disseminated via Worldwide Web format, using the XML format programming. The web-based courseware will be only accessible via the Navy Knowledge Online (NKO), portal at https://www.nko.navy.mil. This acquisition will be solicited to the contractor, Medcom, Inc., Cypress, CA for the period of 01 March 2006 thru 28 Feb 2007. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only.
