AMENDMENT 0001 The following AMENDMENT 0001 is hereby issued to administer the changes described herein: CLIN 0003 - Provide and Install Deck Grating: Clean and make repairs, if required, to exisiting Class II floor covering. Install in location 5-196-1 (Walk-in refer): Deck Grating Panel- Alum- Per Mil-G-18015A. 5 Row Rectangular Stagger Punch w/ notched I-Bar and Banding. Size 3’ x 5’ = 156 ea. Installed and Cut to Fit. Location 5-196-3 (Walk-in refer): Deck Grating Panel – Alum – Per Mil-G-18015A. 5 Row Rectangular Stagger Punch w/ Notched I-Bar and Banding. Size: 4’ x 4’ = 2 ea, 4’ x 5’ = 56 ea. Installed Cut to Fit. CLIN 0004 - Install Quarry Tile Deck Covering (Tile only is GFM) : Existing deck covering (patch or widespread) will be removed down to bare metal surface by SHIP’S FORCE. CLIN 0006 - Provide Quarry Tile: Provide 400 SF of Quarry Tile to match CLIN 0004 End of Amendment 0001 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-FEB-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
