Description: The VA Medical Center, Leeds, MA is seeking the services of a Pulmonary Physician to provide consults on new patents, follow-up visits, PFT Interpretations and Medical Chart Reviews, for one (1) eight (8) hours clinic, one day per week or two ? days by mutual agreement. The clinic(s) must be held during the administrative work week Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the VA Medical Center. The Physician shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States and preferably Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary. Note: This is a Small business Set-aside. Solicitation package should be available on the BOS on or around 2/23/06.
