- See Note 22 and 26. This is NOT a synopsis for a solicitation. This is a synopsis for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-00-G-A751 with The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. This synopsis fulfills the requirement to post a yearly notice of the scope of work under the existing BOA. The scope of work, which may include the acquisition of piece parts, is the restoration of depot level repairables of the DSSP System. One of the major items to be restored is NSN 7H5845-LL-Q72-0374DS, P/N 410-2900734, Circuit Card Assembly. The restored items will be returned to supply systrem stock or issued for immediate Fleet use. The Government lacks the drawings and technical data to permit competitive repair of the items listed in the BOA. Drawings and data are proprietary to the firm of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc.
