Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for a part time Vessel Operator to operate three vessels for the Gerry E. Studds Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. The facility is located at 175 Edward Foster Road, Scituate, MA 02066 . This requirement will be awarded as a Time and Materials and Labor Hour Contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR part 13 and is 100% set aside for Small Business. Period of Performance will be April 4, 2006 through April 3, 2007, with (2) one-year options. The applicable NAICS number is 483114 and the small business size standard in number of employees is 500.
