Description

Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to furnish and install a Chill Water Booster Pump, Building 162 and furnish HVAC Upgrades, Building 200 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves HVAC and mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items as specified. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. Performance period for Item 001, Chill Water Booster Pump, Building 162 is 45 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Performance period for Item 002, HVAC Upgrades, Building 200 is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range for Item 001 is $25,000 - $100,000; Item 002 is $100,000 to $250,000. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $13.0 Million. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) ONLY. Bid documents will be available on or about March 13, 2006. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 30, 2006 at 10:00 AM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
