Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government will be purchasing this equipment as Specific Make or Model type of proposal, with the product features identified in the manufacturers part numbers provided. This action is a full and open competition. The NAICS code for this action is 336413. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-06-T-0061. Requirement is for Aircraft Parts. CLIN 0001, 2 each Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation Part No. 70600-01047-041 Rate Gyroscope NSN 5895-01-110-6668; CLIN 0002, 2 each Siko rsky Aircraft Corporation Part No. 70410-02820-054 Servo Assembly, Primary NSN 1650-01-143-1226; CLIN 0003, 2 each Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation Part No. 70410-02760-047 Actuator, Trim Tab, L NSN 1680-01-137-3533. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirem ent for the Government of Turkey under FMS Case TK-B-BDY. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Freight Forwarder. Quoted price should include delivery to freight forwarder located in Elizabeth, NJ 07206-2106. Offerors must provide a delivery schedul e with their quote. A 30 June delivery is desired. Offerors are encouraged to propose alternate delivery schedules if complete delivery cannot be met. Partial shipments are acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, ap plies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation  Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Contracting Officer shall make a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Delivery schedule and price with deliver y being significantly more important than price if the June delivery date can be met. After June, a best value award will be made to the offeror that provides the best price with the best delivery schedule. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
