- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm Fixed Price type contract for various types of office and school furniture such as (1)tables, (2)chairs, (3)computer desks, (4)bookcases, (5)cabinets. A list with specific item description will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-06-T-1004. The required delivery date is to be within 45 days from award to Defense Logistics Agency Tracy Depot, California. The solicitation/RFQ will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 15 March 2006 to close 21 days after RFQ issue date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency by the RFQ closing date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scriots/index.html. The Government will consider awarding to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Quote.
