Description

This is a synopsis for Motorola mobile radio equipment prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This synopsis is set aside for qualified small business concerns to compete( see FAR 19). The client has provided a justification for name brand Motorola equipment based on the need being to expand their current trunking system, which is uniquely encrypted and Motorola Proprietary. Please reference the Bill of Material number SC12306701 when requesting Motorola pricing. The NAICS Code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing - which has a size standard of 750 employees. Any amendment(s) hereto will only be published in the FedBizOpps website. Delivery of the equipment is needed not later than March 31, 2006.
