Description
United States Government Seeks Sources To Compete an Existing Lease for Warehouse and Related Space In Washington, D.C. This advertisement amends the advertisement that ran from November 14, 2005 to November 29, 2005 for 44,500 USF of warehouse space at the Location list below. REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to compete an existing 50,000 ? 60,000 rentable square feet lease for warehouse space and 120 secured/fenced parking spaces in Washington, DC. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: Within a five (5) mile radius of 601 4th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. LEASE TERM: The Five (5) years firm with One (5) year renewal option. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2006. The government reserves the right to accept the space at an earlier date, if the space is determined to be substantially complete. The Government will relocate from the space under lease if economics and other factors prove to be favorable. The physical move costs, telecommunication costs, tenant improvement and replication costs and other variables which impact agency mission (to be determined by the Government.), will be considered in the relocation decision in order to determine best value for the Government. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name, address. 2. Available square footage (ANSI/BOMA Office, rentable and usable). 3. Schedule for completion and occupancy date. 4. Rental rate information quotation per ANSI/BOMA office rentable square feet. 5. Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space. 6.
