Description

The General Services Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order/contract under the GSA FSS Schedule to Johnson Controls, Inc. JCI has the current proprietary equipment in this building and is the only qualified company that can integrate in there new system. There is approximately $60K that is not under the GSA FSS Schedule, and considered non schedule items, however because this system is proprietary it is in the best interest of the goverment to award to the existing GSA FSS Schedule Contractor. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however interested parties may submit in writing within 5 days of this publication if interested. Responses may be faxed to GSA Colorado Service Center, ATTN: Mire Medina, (303) 844-2565. Phone requests will not be honored. The value of this acquisition is below the simplified acquisition threshold.
