Description

As part of its market research, the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 3 is currently seeking OTHER THAN LARGE BUSINESS sources for the provision of oxygen supplies to its homebound patients in the Metro New York/New Jersey area. The resulting contract will be a base plus four-option year contract. For the purposes of this request OTHER THAN LARGE business means any Small Business Concern in accordance with NAICS code 621610 Size Standard $12.5 million AND/OR belonging to one or more of the following socioeconomic categories : 8(a) Small Business Concern; HUBZone Small Business; Minority Owned Small Business; Native American Owned Small Business; Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business; Veteran-Owned-Small Business; Woman/Women-Owned Small Business; Regular Small Business. Vendors belonging to any of the aforementioned categories who have the technical capability and experience to provide such a requirement should contact Contracting Officer Jadwiga Kustra via e-mail at jadwiga.kustra@med.va.gov by the stipulated deadline.
