Description

DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Core Security Technologies, 46 Farnsworth St., Boston, MA 02210. This acquisition is for renewal of Core Impact License and Maintenance. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 30 Mar 06 through 29 Mar 07. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 29 Mar 06 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.*****
