Description
This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written format. This requirement is a Service Disabled Veteran owned 100% small business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System code 611519. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to procure on a Sole-source basis with A-T Solutions, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401 to provide 40 each: Post Blast Analysis Casebook software applications and 40 each: Installation Kits to include technical support service on the following dates/Course numbers; #0601 April 3 -7, 2006 - #0602 June 5 - June 9, 2006 - #0603 Aug 28 - Sept 1, 2006 - #0604 Sept 18 - 22 2006 in assisting ATF in meeting the skills and capabilities of EOD technicians by providing technical solutions that allow rapid accurate and safe methods for gathering evidence and documenting and reporting accidents. This includes an electronic training module that will focus on Direct Current (DC) type electronics that includes circuits, components, terminology and schematics both pictorial and electronic symbols. The course content will be pertinent to circuitry and components that a post blast investigator would likely encounter in both criminal and terrorists bombing incidents. All personnel performing tasks related to this requirement shall be cleared to the SECRET level. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendors must furnish Offeror Representations in writing.) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contracts Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, and Justice Acquisition Regulation 2852.211, Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov <http://www.ccr.gov/> to receive this award. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an All or None Basis.
