Description
The Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement to treat military uniforms with Permethrin Insect repellant. The annual estimated requirement is for 50,000 blouses and 50,000 trousers. The requirement includes includes: pick up garments from Camp Lejeune NC; provide all labor, supplies, materials, tools and any other items or services required to treat Government-owned camouflaged utility uniforms with permethrin chemical spray; return garments, to Camp Lejeune NC, treated and labeled in accordance with the regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The requirement is for a basic period of the date of award through 30 September 2006 with four (4) one-year priced-out options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 313311 and the small business standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. See numbered note 1. All offerors will be required to submit a quote in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. The solicitation is estimated to be available for download, free of charge, via the Internet: www.neco.navy.mil or fedbizopps.gov no later than 5 April 2006.
