Description

This is a Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) solicitation for supplies and services necessary for secondary foreign language instructional materials for Levels 1-4, Advanced Placement (AP) Levels 5 & 6, and Heritage Speaker curriculum programs for Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. This requirement includes such items as student and teacher texts, teacher resource materials, assessment materials, digital courseware, training, and travel. The relevant NAICS code is 511130. The solicitation number is HE1254-06-R-0013 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07, Class Deviation 2005-o0001, and DFARS DCN 20060321 Edition. DoDEA intends to award on a competitive basis a Requirements type contract to meet the Government?s needs. Offerors shall submit a complete proposal package that is due by 2:00 EST on May 30, 2006. An amendment will be accomplished to answer questions. Requests for inquiries will not be considered later than May 17, 2006.
