Description
Requirement Title: Design a personnel database management system capable of initially servicing over 100,000 employees (soldiers, sailors, airmen and civilians) of the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) and Ministry of Interior (MOI), and with the capability to expand to eventually service upwards of 300,000 personnel. Train the Iraqi and Coalition trainers and database managers, purchase required equipment and maintain the system for a minimum of 12 months beyond project completion. Basic Description: Develop a Human Resource Management System (Personnel & Payroll) for the MOD and MOI, implementation services performed according to the Requirements Specification, security software, server(s), data storage & backup, desktop computers (workstations), and fingerprint scanners through expansion of the current biometrically based software for the Iraqi multi-purpose access card system (IMPAC) also known as ?Jump Kit?. Provide individual and collective training skills that ensure these units can assist in maintaining accurate personnel management thereby supporting Iraq?s efforts provide security and further its goal to build a unified, stable and democratic nation. This training program will include but is not limited to instructions and practical exercises that facilitates sustainability and builds leadership such as Train-the Trainer, Command and Control policies and procedures, and Long Range Planning programs of instruction.
