- Contracting Office Address General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services (PBS), Gulf Coast Service Center (7PEG), 1919 Smith Street, Suite 1600, Houston, TX 77002-8049 Description REQUIREMENTS: General Services Administration is interested in leasing a minimum of 8,850 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of useable space which consists of Class-A, fully sprinklered office space in the Houston area. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General will occupy the space. LEASE TERMS: Ten Years / Five years firm. Office space must accommodate 28 offices, distribution center/space, clerical work area, weapons room, multipurpose room, public reception area, unsecured and secured storage, information technology/communications room, case file room, team room, break room, and mini conference room. The space must be located in contiguous space on one floor. Agency does not want to be located on ground floor or street level. Agency requires 24 hour unrestricted access to office space and parking. The building should have a 24-hour security system. Twelve secure, covered/underground, reserved and sixteen surface parking spaces as near to the building elevator as possible is required. Office space needs two ways of egress. Daytime cleaning required.
