Description

The Army Contracting Agency (ACA)/Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) is seeking sources to lease a 2006 Cadillac DTS Coachbuilder Limousine. This Sources Sought/Market Research is NOT a Request for Proposal. The government does not intend to awa rd a contract from the results of this Sources Sought. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (HUBZONE, 8(a), small business, small disadvantaged business and large business) r elative to NAICS code 721110 with the Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. This effort requires the following specifications of the limousine: 1) Four Doors, 2) Primary Color: Blue Chip, 3) Model: 2006 Cadillac DTS Coachbuilder Limo; 4) An optional package allowing a 6 stretch of the limo; 5) Lease including a two-year unlimit ed mileage, full collision and liability insurance, and On-Star Directions or Connections Plan; 6) A plan that covers all regularly scheduled maintenance (including but not limited to: oil changes, tire rotations and chassis lubrication); 7) Interior Colo r: Cashmere w/nuance leather seating surfaces w/Perforation; 8) Right- and left-foot rests; 9) Right-side lighted writing table; 10) Navigation System option; 11) Telephone and Computer Jacks; and 12) Pair-directional lighting. The Standard Equipment shal l include but is not limited to a 4.6L DOHC V8 Northstar Engine, an Electronic 4-speed Automatic w/OD transmission and ETR AM/FM Stereo-CD/MP3 Player. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of one year (31 AUG 2006  31 AUG 07) plus a one-year option year. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingl y. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. There is no solicitation document. The Government shall not be liable for or suf fer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
