Description

SCOPE OF WORK 1. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace all four shower units including valve; one (1) in the female head and three (3) in the male head. 2. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 74 inch vanity top with two sinks with cultured marble located in the male head. 3. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 43 inch top with no sink with cultured marble located in the male head. 4. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 56 1/2 inch vanity top with two sinks with cultured marble located in the female head. 5. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 52 inch top with no sink with cultured marble located in the female head. 6. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 35 inch stool with cultured marble located in the female head. 7. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace base as needed to remove showers. 8. The prospective contractor shall remove and replace sheetrock as needed to remove showers. 9. The prospective contractor shall paint all areas affected by sheetrock work to blend in with the surrounding areas. 10.
