Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISThe 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for anti-fatigue platforms aka smart cell anti-fatigue platforms. These platforms provide a durable cushion that offer secure, stable footing and a unique energizing responsiveness. Period of performance is 30 days after receipt of an order. This is a Sole Source with Seamless Attenuating Technologies Incorporated DBA SATECH IAW FAR 6.302-1. SATECH is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. The installation location currently has platforms manufactured by SATECH. Uniformity and the esthetics of the area will be maintained by the installation of SATECH platforms. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC)3069 with a business size of 500 employees and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 326299. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCBB has determined that SATECH is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
