- Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The soli citation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07 dated 02 Feb 2006 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 edition, current to DCN 20060412. It is a nticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for a Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 314999 with a size standard of 500 employees. All pro spective bidders must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. The proposal shall provide bids on Performance Designs Inc parachutes which are the Sp ecter Main Canopies and Navigator Main Canopies: CLIN 0001: Spectre Main Canopy Model SP-190 (7 each) Model SP-210 (8 each) Model SP-230 (10 each) and CLIN 0002: Navigator Main Canopy Model NA-220 (3 each) Model NA-240 (4 each) Model NA-260 (6 each) Model NA-280 (2 each). The Spectre shall be navy blue in color with 825 micro lines, draw string slider. The Navigator shall be navy blue in color with Dacron lines and number 5 links and drawstring sliders. Delivery, acceptance and FOB point is the U. S. Ar my Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. All proposals shall be clearly marked with RFQ # W81R8T60930002 and emailed to Dale.Neal@yuma.army.mil or sent by facsimile to 928-328-6849 no later than 8:00 AM MST, May 8th, 2006. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical acceptability and price. The following FAR Clauses and Provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquis ition. FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Jan 2006).
