Description

The US Government is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 250 parking spaces for a five (5) year term. Of the 250 spaces, approximately 50 must be self-park, and the remainder may be stacked or valet. One location is preferred, but the Government will consider two (2) sites to meet this requirement. The parking premises must be bounded by 14th Street to the South, 23rd Street to the North, 8th Avenue to the East, and the Westside Highway to the West. Submissions by other than the owner or manger of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest should include the following: (1) Building/ Property Name and Address (2) Number and Type of Parking Spaces Available (3) Asking Rental Rate
