The government should be able to define what color layers are used. In addition, card stock that can be personalized using laser technology and incorporating various and multiple technologies are sought. Interested firms should include information on any security features they offer in their card product lines. The IDP is also interested in being able to procure holograms and protective laminates for the cards, from the same sources. Sources should be capable of delivering at least 1.3 million CR-80 cards during the course of one calendar year. Responses to this announcement should include a technical description and detailed characteristics of the cards offered. Sample cards will be accepted.
